Cool down your event with our Snow Cone Machine! This fun concession rental is perfect for birthday parties, school events, summer gatherings, and festivals. Rental includes supplies for up to 50 servings, with your choice of Blue Raspberry or Cherry flavor. Includes machine rental and supplies for 50 servings. Additional supplies may be available upon request. Delivery Distance: Delivery within 15 miles of Fortress of Fun is included. If your event location is further than 15 miles, please note our delivery fees below. Cancellation Policy
Reservation & Payment: A valid credit card is required to reserve your rental date. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless otherwise noted. Payment can be made by cash or credit card at the time of delivery or pickup. A cash discount may be available for eligible rentals. By submitting a booking request, you authorize Fortress of Fun to charge the card on file for applicable fees including cancellations, damages, or unpaid balances. Rental Period: Rentals are setup in the morning and picked up in the evening unless otherwise arranged. Delivery and setup times will be coordinated with you prior to your event. Someone will reach out via call or text 24-48 hours prior to rental. Delivery & Setup: Delivery within 15 miles of Fortress of Fun is included. If your event location is further away, please select the appropriate delivery distance add-on during booking. All inflatables must be set up on a flat, safe surface with adequate space. A power outlet (and water source for water slides) must be available within 100 feet of the setup area. If the setup location is unsafe or inaccessible, Fortress of Fun reserves the right to refuse setup. Weather Policy: Safety is our top priority. Inflatables cannot be used during high winds, heavy rain, lightning, or other unsafe weather conditions. If severe weather is expected, we will work with you to reschedule your rental when possible. Supervision & Safety: A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times while in use. Customers are responsible for ensuring participants follow all posted safety rules. Fortress of Fun is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse or lack of supervision. Equipment Care & Damage: Customers are responsible for the equipment during the rental period. Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety guidelines may result in repair or replacement charges billed to the card on file. Cancellations: Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of rental are subjected to a cancellation fee of full rental price. Address Verification: The event address must be provided during booking so we can confirm delivery distance and setup requirements. Delivery fees will be verified after booking if applicable.
