Service Description
Love to make it your own? Our DIY package gives you the freedom to decorate and celebrate your way! Bring your own décor, food, and flair — we’ll provide the space and the fun. Here’s what’s included: ✨ 1 hour of play in the arcade & play area ✨ 30 minutes in your private party room (full hour upon request) ✨ A $5 game card for each child ✨ Includes up to 10 kids (extra guests just $8 each) ✨ Adults always party FREE What you’ll love: -Early access: You can arrive 30 minutes before party time to set up and decorate. -Party room setup: Two 6-ft picnic tables, one 8-ft food/present table, and tacks provided (please, no tape on the walls). -Food flexibility: Bring your own food & drinks (no open cups, please). We don’t supply food, but you’re welcome to bring cake, snacks, or order pizza. Bonus — we have a pizza warmer (fits 6 Little Caesars or Dominos pizzas)! -Socks required for play — remind your guests to bring them. ℹ️ 𝙋𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚 𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙚: 𝙋𝙡𝙖𝙮 𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙨 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩. Cancellation Policy
We’re excited to celebrate with you! To keep things fun, smooth, and safe for all, please review our policies before booking. By reserving a party, you agree to the terms below. 📅 Booking & Payment -Parties are confirmed once deposit is received. -Each package includes up to 10 kids. Extra kids are welcome at the package’s per-child rate (DIY $8, Theater $7, King $10, Glow $12). Adults attend free. -Please book early to secure your preferred time slot. ⏰ Party Timing -DIY, King & Glow Parties: 1 hour of play + 30 minutes in a party room (full hour in the room upon request). -Theater Parties: Flexible times. -A 30-minute cleanup/changeover buffer is built into all parties. -Please respect start and end times so we can stay on schedule for all families. 🎈 Decorations & Setup -DIY parties: you may arrive 30 minutes early to decorate. -Use tacks only — no tape, glue, or sticky materials on walls. -No confetti, glitter, silly string, face paint, gum, or similar mess-causing items. A $50 cleaning fee may apply if used. 🍕 Food & Drinks -You may bring your own cake, food, and drinks. -No open cups (use bottles, juice boxes, or capped drinks). -Pizza warmer available (fits 6 pizzas). -If you bring food beyond cake, please supply your own paper goods and utensils. 🧦 Play Rules -Socks are required for all play areas. Please remind your guests. -Kids may not re-enter bounce houses or play structures after the play portion ends. -Arcade games can be finished with adult supervision. -An adult must be present in party rooms and play areas at all times. 🚫 Cancellations & Refunds -Cancel 14+ days before your party for a full refund. -Cancellations less than 14 days, deposit can be reapplied to party in the next 365 days. -Parties may be rescheduled in cases of emergencies or severe weather, based on availability. ⚖️ Liability -Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times. -Fortress of Fun is not responsible for injuries caused by misuse of equipment, failure to follow rules, or lack of supervision. -By booking, you agree to hold Fortress of Fun harmless from any claims related to your party or guests. ✅ By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy.
